Who Else Is Going to Do It?

"You can't do it all."

How many times have we heard those words?

And whilst they come from a place of care, sometimes life whispers something different.

Who else is going to do it?

The children still need feeding.

The work still needs doing.

The bills still arrive.

The washing still piles up.

Life doesn't always pause while we catch our breath.

Sometimes there isn't someone waiting in the wings to take over.

Sometimes we simply keep walking.

Not because we're trying to prove how strong we are.

But because there is no other choice in that moment.

Yet perhaps we've misunderstood what support truly looks like.

Perhaps support doesn't always arrive in human form.

Perhaps it begins the moment we remember to ask.

To ask Spirit.

To ask our guides.

To ask our ancestors.

To ask the angels.

To ask the unseen hands that have quietly walked beside us all along.

We spend so much of our lives carrying everything ourselves that we forget we were never meant to carry it alone.

What if every morning, before the rush begins, you paused and simply said,

*"Walk with me today."*

*"Guide me."*

*"Lighten what feels heavy."*

*"Help me see what I cannot yet see."*

Not because life will suddenly become effortless.

But because your heart no longer feels like it is carrying the weight of the world by itself.

There is strength in continuing.

There is courage in showing up.

But there is also wisdom in remembering that even the strongest souls need support.

Whether that support comes from a friend, a stranger, a loved one, or the unseen realms, it is still support.

So if today feels heavy…

Ask.

Not because you are weak.

But because you were never meant to walk this path believing you had to carry every burden alone.

Perhaps the greatest act of faith is not believing you have all the answers.

Perhaps it is believing that when you ask, you are heard.

And that even when you cannot see them, there are loving hands walking beside you, every step of the way.
