The Wisdom Within
There comes a moment on the path where we stop searching outside of ourselves and remember that the wisdom we seek has been within us all along.
There comes a moment on the path where we stop searching outside of ourselves.
A moment where the noise softens,
the opinions fade,
the advice settles into the background,
and all that remains is the quiet whisper within.
The whisper of the soul.
We live in a world that has taught us to look elsewhere for answers.
To seek permission.
To seek validation.
To trust the voices around us before trusting the voice within.
Yet something is changing.
We are being guided into a different time.
A different era.
An era that asks us to remember.
To remember that no one knows our body quite like we do.
No one feels what we feel.
No one walks with our soul each day.
No one receives the guidance, signs, nudges, dreams, and inner knowing that are uniquely ours.
Others may offer wisdom.
Others may offer perspective.
But they can never know us more deeply than we know ourselves.
Spirit keeps bringing me back to the same truth:
You already know.
Your body knows.
Your heart knows.
Your soul knows.
The guidance we seek is not somewhere far away waiting to be discovered.
It is woven into every feeling,
every nudge,
every moment of expansion,
every moment of resistance.
Sometimes the truth arrives as excitement.
Sometimes it arrives as discomfort.
Sometimes it arrives as a quiet knowing that refuses to leave us alone.
And often, the hardest part is not hearing it.
The hardest part is admitting it.
Admitting that we know what needs to change.
Admitting that we know what no longer aligns.
Admitting that we already hold many of the answers we have been searching for.
The human mind resists truth.
Not because it is wrong,
but because truth asks us to release the familiar.
It asks us to trust.
To trust our bodies.
To trust our intuition.
To trust the wisdom that has always lived within us.
And that can feel frightening when we have spent so long giving our power away.
Yet there is freedom in remembering.
Freedom in listening.
Freedom in trusting.
Freedom in honouring the wisdom that lives within our own body, our own heart, and our own soul.
So today, I invite you to pause.
Place a hand on your heart.
Take a breath.
Ask yourself:
What truth have I been avoiding?
What do I already know?
What is my soul trying to show me?
And if the answer comes,
don't rush to explain it away.
Listen.
Trust.
Remember.
The wisdom you seek has never been outside of you.
It has always been within you.
Your soul has been speaking all along.
Perhaps today is the day you remember that you are the authority of your own life.
