Renewal & Rebirth is a 4-night immersive natural pregnancy retreat designed to support women in reconnecting with their bodies, their intuition, and the innate intelligence of pregnancy and birth.

This retreat is lovingly hosted by Maria, a natural doula, and Anya Lily, mother of two who has birthed both of her babies naturally at home. Together, they offer a deeply grounded, embodied and intuitive approach to pregnancy and birth—rooted in trust, physiology, and feminine wisdom.

This space is for women who feel called to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with the innate intelligence of their bodies and babies.

This retreat is also open to those who feel called to hold space for birth in a different way—including aspiring or current doulas, birth keepers, and women wanting to support others through pregnancy and birth with deeper awareness, presence, and reverence.
